7. BLANKET
We never went anywhere without a blanket, it served multiple purposes from infancy well into the toddler years. As an infant you can put it over the top to block out the sun and darken the stroller while your infant is sleeping, use it as a blanket to keep them warm, use it as a cover for breastfeeding on the go, etc. Muslin blankets are my favorite because they are light and airy but also get the job done when you need them most.
6. STROLLER TOY
Taking my son for walks is one of our favorite activities. I learned quickly that throwing his toys on the ground while we were walking was one of his favorite activities…probably more than the walk itself. I found a few clip on toys on Amazon and they changed the game (literally) by keeping him entertained without me having to bend down and pick up his toys 45 times on the walk.
5. PURSE CLIP
I honestly used this more for shopping bags than I did for a purse or a bag but this is a necessity. We never have enough hands to carry our stuff and this makes it a million times easier so you are not limited to the stroller basket when shopping or out and about.
4. MINI RE-CHARGABLE FAN
My cousin on the East Coast first recommended this to me when I was pregnant and I was admittedly dismissive and hesitant about needing it; however, I cannot tell you guys how many times it has come in handy especially since we live in Southern California. The best part…it is re-chargeable so you can easily plug it into a USB port at home and recharge the batteries without having to worry about not having batteries on hand.
3. SNACK TRAY
When my son started teething we immediately switched from the leather bar that comes with the stroller to the snack tray, it took me two times of him biting into the leather to realize that this was a no brainer option. We have used it ever since. The toys mentioned above easily clip onto the side and it holds plenty of snacks and will securely hold a sippy cup or bottle.
2. CUP HOLDER
Tried to live without it, could not. Have you ever tried to push a stroller one handed while holding shopping bags and carrying a drink in the same hand or even just a drink? Don’t. Do. It. Trust me. These cup holders easily attach to the side of the stroller and make it a mess free way to enjoy your favorite drink.
1. STROLLER ORGANIZER
This keeps everything (keys, phone, wallet, etc.) Handy when on the go with your little one. I could not live without it. They are super easy to use with adjustable velcro straps and a few different pockets, even one that zips. The straps not only make installation easy but it is also easy to move and adjust if you need to adjust the handlebar of your stroller.
